VISITORS' POLICY

 

ALL CAMPUS VISITORS MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Make an appointment to visit campus prior to coming.
  • If you would like to meet with a teacher or an administrator, or if you would like to observe or volunteer in class, you can either leave a written request, or you may phone in your request.
  • The teacher or administrator will contact you to set up an appointment date and time.
  • If schedule permit, meetings with an administrator may be held immediately.
  1. Arrive at your pre-arranged time
  2. Check in at the main office
  3. Fill out the “Visitor Sign-In/Volunteer Sign-In” book:
  • Print your name clearly.
  • Write your destination.
  • Write the time you are checking in.
  1. Obtain a signed yellow visitor sticker and wear it at all times while on campus.
  2. When you leave, return the visitor sticker to the main office and write the time you are checking out in the “Visitor Sign-In/Volunteer Sign-In” book.

IMPORTANT RULES TO FOLLOW WHILE ON CAMPUS:

  • Enter and leave classrooms as quietly as possible.
  • Do not converse with the students, teacher, or instructional aides during your visit.
  • Do not interfere with any school activity during your visit.
  • Do not cause any disruption, either verbal or physical, while on campus.

POLIZA PARA LOS VISITANTES

 

TODOS LOS VISITANTES A LA ESCUELA TIENEN QUE HACER LO SIGUIENTE:

  1. Haga una cita antes de visitor la escuela.
  • Si quiere reunirse con un maestro/a o un administrador, o si quiere observar o ser voluntario en el salón de clase, usted puede dejar o escribir una petición o hacerla por teléfono.
  • El maestro/a administrador se comunicará con usted para fijar una cita con fecha y hora
  • Si los horarios lo permiten, juntas con un administrador pueden hacerse inmediatamente
  1. Llegue a la hora que fue arreglada
  2. Repórtese a la oficina
  3. Firme cuando entre y salga el libro de “Visitantes”:
  • Escribe claramente su nombre
  • Escribe su destino
  • Escribe la hora que usted llegó
  1. Obtenga la etiqueta engomoda amarilla y fírmela y úsela todo el tiempo mientras esta en los predios de la escuela
  2. Cuando salga, regrese la etiqueta a la oficina y escribe la hora que esta saliendo en el libro de “Visitantes”

REGLAS IMPORTANTES PARA SEGUIR MIENTRAS ESTA EN LOS PREDIOS DE LA ESCUELA:

  • Entre y salga de los salones de clase lo mas silencio posible.
  • No hable con los estudiantes, maestro/a asistentes instruccionales durante la visita.
  • No interfiera con ninunga actividad de la escuela durante la visita.
  • No cause ninguna distracción, ya sea verbal o fisica mientras esta en la los predios de la escuela
